Technical direction

The center’s Technical Direction is entrusted to Dr. Michele Amato, who graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", where he specialized in Radiodiagnostics.

Booking a test

To avoid waiting time and to reduce patient’s discomfort as much as possible, examinations must be booked in advance by telephone. They can be booked either by the patient or by the requesting doctor.

Examination

To perform examinations the patient must bring the medical prescription to the center. The center implements specific and effective safety measures for patients; furthermore, it performs specific examinations while using the minimum radiation dose compatible with the diagnostic question formulated in the prescription submitted by the doctor.

Payment

Payment is made prior to the execution of the examinations, at the reception desk. There are no exemptions, with the exeptions of prior arrangments. There is also a payment service via cashpoint POS, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Exams and medical reports releases

The test results’ deliveries are arranged with ouroffice staff. The center offers the following delivery methods:

• Pick-up directly at the center, starting the day following the examination. In case of pick-up by a different person, a special proxy is required.
• Immediate release of the examinations and subsequent forwarding of the medical report by postal mail, e-mail, prior the patient’s consent, directly to the doctor who prescribed the examination.
• Online publication of examinations and medical reports, exclusively in the area reserved for doctors.
